Welcome to YuNu Wellness Studio and Relaxation Lounge, where we blend ancient systems of heath and wellness in modern times. This isn’t your typical yoga studio or acupuncture clinic. If you’ve ever tried yoga or acupuncture before, then you know how marvelously they can transform your life. At YuNu Wellness, each session is custom tailored to your own present needs. We mindfully blend the west with east to release tension, reboot and regulate body and mind, balance deficiencies and improve circulation of blood and qi (energy). Our mission is to help identify your desired destination, chart the course, and walk beside you as you establish your wellness practice.
With all the stress and health issues in the world today, a regular practice of wellness is key. Adding new behaviors and removing others can be challenging however, we can help you through the obstacles and adjustments. Immediately you can see how special and different a custom-tailored session is from a group class. We are able to focus on and meet your goals much quicker than in a group setting.
